Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is available for all orders over 1,000 TL across Turkey.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Turkey. We plan to introduce international shipping options in the near future.

Tracking Your Shipment

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your order status.

Delivery Conditions

  • Address Details: Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during registration or at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address information is accurate and complete.
  • Undelivered Orders:
    • If you are not at the address, the shipping company will leave your order at the nearest branch.
    • Orders not collected within the specified period may be returned to our company.

Damaged or Missing Products

  • Product Inspection:
    • Please inspect your package for any damage before accepting delivery.
    • If the package is damaged, ask the courier to issue a report and do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately.
  • Missing or Incorrect Products:
