ARTICLE 1.2 – BUYER
The person who becomes a member of www.becka.com.tr as a customer. The address and contact information used during registration are taken into account.

ARTICLE 2 - FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT FOR SALE
The basic characteristics of the goods or services subject to sale are specified on www .becka .com .tr . You can examine the features of the products in detail during the campaign period.

  • Prices: Prices announced on the site are valid until updated. Temporary campaign prices are valid until the end of the specified period.
  • Order Information: The type of goods, quantity, color, model, sales price and payment information are determined according to the details selected during the order.

ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1) BUYER accepts that he/she has read and approved all the information regarding the basic qualities, sales price and payment method of the product which is the subject of the contract on the website www .becka .com .tr .

3.2) The ordered product is delivered to the BUYER's address, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

3.3) SELLER is not responsible for delivery problems caused by the cargo company.

3.4) SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the ordered product intact, complete and in accordance with the specified specifications.

3.5) SELLER may offer a different product of equal quality and price, but this is subject to the BUYER's approval.

3.6) In case of impossible delivery, the SELLER will refund the total price within 10 days.

3.7) If payment is not made or is cancelled, the SELLER is relieved of its delivery obligation.

3.8) BUYER must return the product in case of unauthorized credit card use.

3.9) In case of force majeure, the delivery time may be extended or the order may be cancelled.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
BUYER'S right of withdrawal:

  • After receiving the product, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days.
  • The right of withdrawal for services is 14 days from the date of signing the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Written notification must be made (e-mail, fax, registered mail).
  • The product must be delivered complete with its invoice, box and accessories.
  • The SELLER refunds the amount within 10 days at the latest after the notice of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal is not exercised or the product is returned damaged, the BUYER shall compensate for the damages.

ARTICLE 5 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Products that are produced specifically for personal needs, are perishable or have expired.
  • Unpackaged audio and video recordings, software programs and computer supplies.

ARTICLE 6 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
BUYER may apply to Istanbul (Anatolian) Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts for any disputes that may arise.
