Order Processing Time
- Your orders will be processed and delivered to cargo within 4 business days at the latest after payment confirmation is received.
Delivery Time
- Although the shipping company varies depending on your location, your orders are usually delivered to your address within 2-5 business days .
Shipping Fees
Cargo:
- We offer free shipping on all orders over 1,000 TL to anywhere in Turkey.
International Shipments:
- We currently only ship within Turkey . We plan to offer international shipping options in the near future.
Cargo Tracking
Cargo Tracking Information:
- When your order is shipped, you will be sent your cargo tracking number via e-mail or SMS . This way, you can easily track the status of your order.
Delivery Conditions
Address Information:
- Your orders will be sent to the delivery address you specified when registering or ordering. Make sure your address information is correct and complete .
Undelivered Orders:
- If you are not at your address, the cargo company will leave your order at the nearest branch .
- Orders that are not received within the specified time may be returned to our company.
Damaged or Missing Items
Product Control:
- When receiving your order , please check if the package is damaged.
- Before accepting damaged packages , have the cargo officer draw up a report and contact us.
Missing or Faulty Products:
- If you think there is a deficiency or error in the product you received, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
